Eligibility Requirements:
To participate in this exciting program, you need to fulfill
only one of the following criteria:
- Neither of your parents have a 4-year college degree, or
- You meet the federal income guidelines

We offer the following services:
- Academic coaching: Involves individual and group coaching sessions,
aiding participants in mastering specific subject content.
|
- Career Counseling: Opportunity to participate in career counseling
sessions that will assist in career exploration, setting career goals, and development of
job skills.

- Cultural/Social Enrichment Activities: Opportunity to participate in
activities to develop an appreciation for diversity and promote personal and social
development.

- Financial Aid Assistance: Assistance in preparing Financial Aid
applications, staff members will be a liaison between the Financial Aid Office and
student; and assistance in applying for admissions to other graduate schools.

- Peer Mentoring: Assistance from a successful undergraduate/graduate
student in helping you adjust to university life.

- Personal Counseling: Professional assistance is available to help
you address personal, social and career concerns.

- Focus Sessions: Provide opportunities to
"aire" questions and concerns regarding college life, and receive information on
a variety of issues ranging from time management to strategies for studying and
test-taking, from gender issues to financial aid.
