Scholastic Standing


The University calculates grades based on the following scale:

Letter
Grade
Points
A = 4 points
B = 3 points
C = 2 points
D = 1 points
F = 0 points
WF = 0 points For student who did not officially withdraw from class, ceased attending and failed to complete requirements for the course.
P = Pass. Used only in Pass/Fail system.
PR = Work in Progress.
W = Authorized withdrawal
INC = Incomplete
AU = Audit


The University calculates Academic Standing based on the following scale:
Academic
Standing
Meaning
Good Standing:a grade point average of 2.0 to 4.0.
Scholastic Probation:a grade point average of 1.9 to 0.
Scholastic Suspension:2 consecutive semesters where the cumulative grade point
